How do you melt and reform polystyrene CD cases ( clear or black ). With HDPE it's a straightforward melt and squeeze, but PS isnt so simple. It 'melts' at a highish temp ( 200 - 250 deg C ), but seems to have some softening property at around 100 deg C. Or do you dissolve it in acetone first? Where can I find details of how Dave H made a large cube of it?
