Afternoon All
We are St Augustine’s College in Sydney and for our STEM program we are eagerly looking to improve the way we manage waste plastic here on the Northern Beaches. We have spent time gathering waste plastic from our own homes and local environment and we are ready to process it. We have invested in the Precious Plastics machinery and would like to produce a wall covering out of the hexagonal tiles to raise awareness in our local community.
We are struggling with turning a huge part of our collection (plastic water bottles and milk containers) into usable tiles – temperatures / techniques/ combinations to do this effectively would be hugely appreciated.

Looks like you have a good group of workers there.
The PP download kit https://preciousplastic.com/en/videos/download.html has some basic instructions for starting point temperatures for different plastics. Start with something easy like HDPE.
Be aware of the fume issues and if you can set up the hot machines outdoors.

Oh yeah, they probably should take off the ties when working the shredder….

Add to that in all of the industries posted here Pay to write my essay  use advanced analytics and data science to solve complex problems using R. A few of them have examples only related to more simple data tasks, which is accurate, but not complete.
