Hi there,
I design and manufacture compostable polymers, then extrude into rigid sheets and profiles.
Then I can thermoform them and print on them.
It is very hard.
See attached samples, our material is 100% plant based, looks and feels
just like plastic, but it is not. It can be recycled many many times at 100%, unlike fossil fuel plastics and is 67% less carbon emissions than fossil fuel plastics.
