Maybe I overlooked something, but what is the difference between a forum reply and a comment?

may be that is for when you just post a comment and reply to someone else’s comment you have been taggen in. For example, this is a comment, but if you add your’s and tag me, then it will be a reply.

may be I’m completely wrong))

Replies are only in the forums, like here. This is a reply.
Comments are done on articles (news posts). I can see this is a bit confusing though, they look the same..
