Extruder and shredder (France)

Hi everyone,
we are both French students who decided to build the shredder and the extruder for school.
The main goal of this project is to study plastic properties during recycling. The process is to print with a 3D printer some mechanical samples, traction-test them, shredder them, extrude them and reprint the samples to see if the mechanical properties of the plastic are modified. And repeat this process as long as the plastic properties move.
For the study, we needed the shredder and the extruder, but we wanted them the cheapest possible so we built them from salvage.
We build the shredder, the extruder, and the filament maker for only 170 euros.

bonjour et ou avez vous pris le moteur pour le broyeur c ‘est quel type de moteur tr/min? , Amp svp?
Salut,
pour ma part j’ai fais ma première machine avec un moteur de récupération 1000 tr/min avec réduction par chaine. le moteur est peu puissant (0.37 KW en triphasé) mais ça fonctionne.

Pour ma deuxième machine j’ai fais une commande sur un site pro:
1,5KW en 220/380V avec réducteur helicoidal à 2 étage avec 80 Nm.

Pour ma part, j’ai sourcé mon moteur sur un broyeur végétal dit “silencieux”, assez facile à trouver finalement sur leboncoin;
moteur 1,1kW, 1200tr/min mais y’a un système de réduction déjà présent qui fait qu’on est aux alentours de 70rpm.
Y’a même le système de marche avant/arrière d’intégré !
