PHONE BLOKS that aren’t attached to your phone…

After this years CES and after seeing products like MOTHER and the Ninja-Sphere I realized that PHONE BLOKS is the perfect platform for what these two products were trying to achieve. House hold integration into one common denominator. I realized that PHONE BLOKS was this common denominator. Imagine a PHONE BLOK you could buy that installs into your air conditioning unit, garage door or your car lock … and controls them … from your phone. Imagine having a universal remote not just for your TV and DVD player but for your whole house. Even better is how this technology really shines when used in combination with monitoring PHONE BLOKS. A GPS PHONE BLOK to tell you where a beloved pet (or child) is, a PHONE BLOK between your heater and power supply to tell you whether you left your heater on – and the ability to turn it off if need be. A PHONE BLOK connected to your fire alarm to send you a message that HOLY SHIT YOUR HOUSE IS BURNING DOWN! or simply a PHONE BLOK to tell you that your plants need watering. Well that’s my Idea – tell me what you think and get behind it – hopefully the developers will see this and try and include it !- Hantu
Lol…actually this is a good idea…but this would make the whole thing from a phone , to a warner / alerter . Maybe we could also use it like that …for people who don’t want phones but they want all the facilities u specified , then they could transfer the whole phone into a alerter , or a remote control for all the stuff.:)
Well, we already use our phones to monitor our Facebook notifications… or to control our banking… I simply see this as the next step from phones that integrate with the digital world – to phones that integrate with the physical world.
