Realising 3d object

Dear community,
For my study I’m working on a stand design, and in my design I would like to realise the object enclosed in the annex. (click on pdf file for detailed info) This file is just a sketch of the object, so I’m not attached to anything yet.
Does anyone have a great idea how I can realise this object, and how much this would approximately cost? The object is 4,3 feet tall and 2,3 feet wide.
I was thinking about 3d printing this object with used plastic, but I don’t know in which price category I must be thinking. If you could give me an estimate you would help me enormously!
If you have any other ideas, please share, I am open for any!
