Is it possible to shred and re-use again the plastic from something you made with the 3d printer?

I have a related question. What types of plastic is reusable again and again? I am from ROmania. we are in the process of securing funds for starting a precious plastic workshop here. Our funder asks if the products we will create from recycled plastic can be recycled again and again afterwards. Could you please help with this?
