Is there any way someone can come up with a Rubber Net like garbage bag sized bag. I’m thinking similar to the rubber nets they have for fishing now. Something reusable that can be convientently carried around and should i pass a river bank or anywhere flooded with plastic waste i can stop and fill it up or even a couple. Also would make it easy to spray off with a hose and get most of any debris off of the plastic waste before emptying the bag and sorting.
