Skatkammeret (A plastic treasure trove)

This may not be relavant to everyone here but you really have to see this place.
I found this warehouse called ‘Skatkammeret’ in my town, Kolding, Denmark, which translates to ‘trasury’ in English.
I am currently working on a project about plastic sorting and play, working with the public sector. I am really facinated how Precious Plastics can benifit the public sector.
So this place is run by the town municipality. They take the effort of contacting local businesses to donate stuff they do not require and would otherwise discard.
This stuff is compiled and displayed in this warehouse.
Public institutions such as schools can take a yearly membership to the warehouse. Membership allows all their students to drop by and collect stuff they can use for their projects. (i’m a satisfied user)
JUST LOOK AT THIS PLACE!! So much plastic.
Hi Aniruddha,
Is there a place online where your work with play and plastic live? I’d be very interested to see what you’re up to. I also have some evil plans to make play equipment and work with kids…. 🙂
Hey @whittuck ,
I apologize for the late reply.
Unfortunately I do not have my work online yet. But it will be there soon and your kind words gives me initiative to do so sooner.
As of now I have uploaded some more images in the post about my project. More will follow soon.

…in the near future I hope to make plans available so that you can download them and build the apparatus in the pictures yourself. Just like the Precious Plastics machines.
