Where to find a list of component for Extrusion?

Am I going crazy? I downloaded the manual for the machines but nowhere here can I find a list of components to build the machine! I am specific looking for the heating elements. Can someone tell me where to find this? Am I missing it somehow?

here you go, let us know if you found better, cheaper. Finding motors in the US online turned out always difficult for me. However, you should get all on amazon when it comes to eletronics : ‘VFD’, ‘SSR’ (comes as bundle : PID, SSR thermo couple), switches (min. 16 A). About screw & barrel, please search the forum.
