Even for a 1/4 the size, this coupling won’t be enough 🙂

Above is our shredder project.  It’s still problematic.  I reinforced it, so that the coupling doesn’t spread when it stalls, and so that the pressure relief is set low enough that it doesn’t stall the electric motor when the shredder stalls.

edit: from what I found online, nylon’s melting point is either 218°C or 257°C not sure what the difference is though

We want to upgrade our injector to have pneumatics.  Do you have the details on the pneumatic cylinder you used? How large of a volume tank do you need on your compressor for that cylinder? Any lessons learned that you can share with us before we start? Thanks!
