A very and economic replacement for the sheredder

I found on youtube this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nnlnYkumRJs where it shows a PET bottle recicler for make plastic strings. Why dont we develop a very economic replace for the shreder using the concept in the video?
it will just work whit PET bottles but it´s extremy cheap and PET bottles are very common.
I also find this stl in thingiverse https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1390011 for 3d printing, i will try to develop the automatic bottle cutter machine whit 3d printing parts, if anyone wants to help me it would be amazing.
