About an injection molding machine and the mold

08/05/2016 at 16:48

Hi, I’ve been wondering..about molds, would it be okay with all types of materials? hot melting plastic into silicon? woods? any types??
(chocolate mold trays, candle mold, etc )

As I have been learning 3D printing..ABS/PLA when its cool off I can easily remove from the bed…

But I am not entirely sure……

CNC, Lathe machines are expensive..and I would love to do it all by myself…reduce the budget cost..

If yes, then I can 3D print the mold and squeeze into it..

Please let me know! Thank you x

Hi @Mohee, we were discussing about these topics in Mould Design Community, what if…??? as I seen your topic here I’ve invited the users to traslate such discussion here as it is a more appropriate topic for such content.
