aluminium & copper separator machine from radiator

i want to design a machine for separating aluminium and copper from radiator..
so i need some suggestion from all you guys regarding design parameters and blade material

Aluminium melts at 660.3 °C, and copper at 1,085 °C
Why don’t you make a big furnace/foundry and regulate the temp to approx 700-750 celsius? That would melt all the aluminium and leave only the copper behind

Unfortunately that won’t work. Whilst copper has a higher melting point than aluminium on its own, it will readily dissolve in molten aluminium. This is how you make alloys like aluminium bronze.

I think you might be able to use eddy currents to sort the metals.
