Build Shredder Coupling

Hello,
Please help me out to develop coupling to attach the shredder shaft and motor shaft.
every time when the load comes, coupling breaks.

I’ve had success (so far) using a lovejoy keyed coupler with a urethane spider. I chose the highest torque rated coupler that came in my needed shaft sizes.
