As i remember i only had 3/8″ rod so i used that on all my holes, you will have to re size the hole in a cad program. We use CAM Bam.

but u can use and cad program that will in port .dxf files

Hi Ken. Your shredder looks amazing! I am a fellow Aussie and we are trying to build a shredder at my school here in Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam but we are having problems with the dimensions for the holes and the connecting ridges for the shredder laser files. (sheet 2/11 from the downloaded shredder plans)

All of the other things like width, length, height are fine and easy to read and figure out. I guess my question is how did you figure those dimensions out and would you be willing to share your shredder laser files with us please?
