I am proud to present the Chilean version of the precious plastic project machines. I took the project in 2016 and from there I have been introducing improvements in terms of protection of mobile parts and elements available in the local market.Many prototypes passed and enough working hours for this final result 🙂
Es un orgullo para mi poder presentarles la versión chilena de las máquinas del proyecto precious plastic. Tomé el proyecto el 2016 y a partir de ahí he ido introduciendo mejoras en cuanto a protección de partes móviles y elementos disponibles en el mercado local. Muchos prototipos pasaron y bastantes horas de trabajo para este resultado final 🙂

The engine of the shredder is 3 hp and 1400 RPM is the most adhoc and available in the country, the extruder is 1 hp and 1400 rpm, both single phase.The prices will vary according to each project, the shredder around US1.500. Construction times vary according to each one. For my case 1 month approximately.
Hola chelbig, los modelos están geniales, te comento estoy realizando un emprendimiento en temas de reciclaje ecológico en Perú puedes visitar (https://web.facebook.com/ikreoperu/) , pero actualmente estamos diseñando algunos productos de manera manual. He visto estas maquinas y me he quedado sorprendido por la variedad de cosas que se pueden hacer.
Tengo muchas dudas técnicas de estos equipos por ejemplo: cuanto es el consumo eléctrico diario, cuantas horas por día deberían estar prendidas, rendimiento, cuanto se puede moler las botellas en una hora. estaría agradecido con tu respuesta.
