Saw this image on Reddit today and thought it might be of interest here. Apparently some form of recycled plastic sourced from used chewing gum, in this picture used to make chewing gum collectors located around the UK. Has anyone here heard of this before? What are the properties of this material?

The company is Gumdrop Ltd
Not much details on the website, but as most chewing gum is made, with food-grade Butyl rubber this should give you some idea of how it can be recycled…
