How to make plastic pellets and NOT plastic flakes.

Hi there.

I can see that the shredding machine can only makes small plastic flakes. But how do i makes plastic shaped pellets as in the attached pictures ?

after shredded into flakes, plastic then enter extrution machine become string form, then u can chop it into small pellets

It seems as ekstra work. Is it not possible to do this another way. Maybe a bit faster ?
