Hello , I’m starting a project on interconnected plastic bricks , the question is, can I use different types of plastic ? some ideal temperature for this mixture ? for my tests I use polypropylene but i dont know that durability… has as its heat resistance would appreciate any advice …
Yes you can use different types of plastics, however, you need to know what each plastic has a different melting point. If you mix plastics that have a low melting point with plastics that require a lot more heat to melt, you will probably end up burning the lowest melting point plastic, so I recommend you to mix only plastics that have a similar melting point.
