here is my first block of polyestirene, i had some troubles compressing and remove from the mold, was very dificult. some idea to do this process easier??

It looks solid, so that is good! Polystyrene doesn’t shrink that much and becomes quite hard. You are probably using a metal mold which is super hard as well. So to get the plastic easily out you need to make sure the mold will loose it (not sure if this is the correct english word)
There are 2 ways of doing this

– Make sure the walls are always under an angle so you get a tapered mold like this
– Make the mold in a way that you can open up. By using screws, clamps or whatever can resit the temperature like here
