How clean does the plastic have to be to be reformed?
Do I have to remove plastic labels?
Do I need to remove label adhesive or will that burn off when things are melted?

Overall the cleaner the plastic the better. –Because each type of plastic has a different melting temperature. It still works if its a bit dirty and contains some sand/paper/labels etc. However we always try to keep it as clean as possible. Better for future recycling. The size of the mold is based on the amount of plastic that fits inside the barrel. But there isn’t a specific number for this because the smaller you chop your plastic the more that can be injected at once. You could easily scale up the injection machine, in width or length. However do note that you need more pressure to inject the plastic.
