@mattia-io thanks a lot! do you know people who have build pp machines in this area? it would be very nice if we have more than a shredder and a injection machine;)
@katharinaelleke next time;) of course we will make some photos. as far as i know, there some more professional filmmakers in the r84 than me:) we will use this topic to share our experience, pictures etc… stay tuned
unfortunately the release became a little bit late:( sorry for that.Toggle replies
first day, and first the first product.
a negative form out of acrylic glas. lasered in dresden and tested in mantua.
for the next days we will work on more forms, bookbinding with plasticbags, a company visit (wednesday), businessplan on how to get from an idea to a product which you can sell and much more!Toggle replies
so today (tuesday) we first made some first thoughts about how a businessplan for products out of recycled plastic could work. we will share it when its finished;)
and in the evening we worked a bit with the injection machine and with the hot iron…
it’s so hot in mantua… working is just possible when you do it slowly:(
warm wishes from mantuaToggle replies
Sorry that i didn’t continue the documentation. The past days were very stressful:)
Now i will start to fill up the gaps.
Wednesday was a calm day:)
We made a companyvisit. Primo Barzoni invited us
to show his pallete production. His company is working on sustainable ways to produce pallets since many years. It’s not easy for them to be competitive, but they believe in circleeconomy. At the evening we had the chance to show the shredder, because there wasn’t a high voltage connector in our current workshop.
On Friday the germans and of course the austrian ( @flo-2 ) made a trip to the Lago di Garda.
At the evening we made a presentation about our workspace in dresden, precious plastic project, wasteproblem and open source hardware/software. Also the president of the Palm held a short presentation about circleaconomy…
And after that: the vino rosso’s were opened;)
after all we had much fun but too much heat…
-> don’t try to make a workshop at 40 degrees. during this temperature you cannot even think 🙂
ps: i will try to write a conclusion, what worked well and the oppositeToggle replies
