I’m from Indianapolis looking to build a shredder, and hopefully more machines in the future.

I have no machine experience. Before I buy a pre-built machine, I thought I’d ask here if anyone lives around the midwest, USA and has access to the tools necessary to build a shredder. I’m willing to drive within a few states and I will be glad to pay normal rates for your guidance!
