Shredder blades

Hello,
I’m checked the price for the blades for the shredder and they are pretty expensive. So I’m trying to make them myself by hand. For now I simplified the blades but I don’t know if it will work. Did anyone tried to make other designs for the blades?
Any advice? any design that didn’t work?
