Smart Phone Case?

Has anyone tried/how should I approach making a smart phone case? The options I see are making a mold for the injection machine or compression machine or 3d print a case with recycled filament made from the extruder. What method would work best and with what kinds of plastics?
I live in Atlanta, Georgia and work with low income communities. The Precious Plastics project could help raise awareness about plastic pollution and maybe even start some sort of small business but I’m struggling to find marketable products. A phone case is the most marketable product I could think of thus far!
Injection molding would yield the best quality unless you have a really expensive 3D printer. (too slow)
For cellphone cases it would be best to use flexible plastics like TPU, Vinil, LDPE, but any plastic should work. And yes, inyection moulding or regular moulding by pouring melted plastic would be the easiest way to make cases.
