solid field connection
since the phoneblocs idea is great but a 10000000000000000000000 configurations or more are possible with all different sizes of blocks i would say:keep all blocks at stock sizesso you dont get a 3mm cut-out corner (where you need to but a spacer block to keep it straight) since you have different sizes of blocks, thats why stock block sizes are necessarily to prevent getting unused spaces near the edges or center wich go to waste for (lets say 30 minute extra battery life).———–but then you still have a huge amount of configuration where you can put every block.thats why you need to make a block-grid: locations given by a (color) where you can connect each type of block.this is to prevent confusion where you can put what.
You mean that every block should be for example like a multiple of 10 mm?like: 10x10x10 mm, or 20x40x10?

I’m pretty sure there’s been thought about that already and came to a conclusion. Just speculations, not 100% sure.
