STYROFOAM

I am from Haiti. The lack of infrastructure has led to a terrible situation where millions and millions of styrofoam plates are washed into the sea by the rains and pollute our beautiful oceans. Needless to explain the damage this is causing flora and fauna.
Does anyone have any idea about what can be done with post consumer styrofoam and how?
Thanks

Oe sounds like a problem! Styrofoam is usually made of polystyrene, which you can just recycle. Only difference is it contains a lot of air. You might need to press/heat it before tou can properly shred it
