sunbed from beach trash

… this is a prototype of a sunbed from contaminated plastic from the road and from the beach … you  can use this method on the beach, because a bit of sand and some organic rests doesn’t matter … in an extruder there is abrasion from sand and explosion from organic rest with water… i am looking for volunteers who clean a vietnamese beach with us … see you may be … I invite you to a 3 star resort … you can put in a mix of plastic from ldpe, hdpe, pp and some ps … wolfi

@wolfgang , thank you for posting. In the video it looks like you do some sorting of the plastic for the different sticks. Do you use an unsorted mix for any of them? For things that include PET that may not melt in your process, do you just use enough PE to act as a binder?

Thank you

dear college … yes i use pe as a binder an ldpe sheets for faster extruding .. nearly everything you can use for extruding at about 200 celsius, except Pet … see you wolfi
