Thin plastic piece with compression machine

Hi all,
I am wondering what the thinnest anyone has been able to make a plastic piece for the compression machine.
If you have a compression machine up and running, can you give me an idea of how thin you have managed to make something?
Thanks
Simon

I have not built one of these compression machines but have worked with plastic for 25 years. The basics are more pressure and hotter temperatures will make a thin part. Typically 1mm will be the thinnest that you can do with a press like this.
