What can we do with potato chip bags?

I’m new to this forum and this would be my first question ever. 🙂 Thank you for your responses in advance. I would like to know which kind of plastic potato chip bags are classified with? Getting confused with all the research I’ve been doing on Google. Thanks!

This is a link to a recycling project in the UK
I think these would be 7 (other) as they are not just plastic but usually have an aluminium coating on the inside to keep the contents fresh. This makes them hard to recycle, but at least one company here in the UK does collect them for recycling, probably more for ‘green points’ than it actually being a good material to recycle.
