Can someone help me wire this oven?

and make a photos to the grey cable that go down, I don’t undeerstand if it is connected or not, I think the blue one go with the blu in the output cable and in teory the brown one must be connected to the little transforme in the center toghether with the grey cable.. waiting more pics to be sure…
the reference is the picture on the top on the right side , 230V with 3 wires

Your wiring will depend on your source. First do you have a 3 phase or single phase source? Second what voltage will you be using 400vac or 230vac?
