Exelente!

Saludos!

Thanks for your response @pporg , but I think I did not let myself be understood.

I was asking about recycled plastic products, not about involving children in the process of making them.

Saludos?

Great questions! It is a pity that nobody has answered them.
(trying to get someone to respond now)

I am not sure if you solved the problem, but if anybody comes to this post due the Title, Dave mentioned this in another post:

I’m not sure which technique or type of plastic you use.

However the plastic that mainly sticks is HDPE, you could try to use another type like PP (quite similar). Also if you inject or press hot plastic in a cold mold it doesn’t stick to it. Most of the times it happens when you heat up the plastic together with the mold (compression machine) potentially you could see if there is another way to get your plastic into the mold or switching techniques

Hello @davehakkens, how are you?
Hope you can help me with this, you seem a busy guy.

Just wanted to know the thickness of the metal sheets you used for the mold. Thanks!

Thanks for your reply @imuh

You only worked with baking paper at the beginning? Is there a reason you stopped working with that?

Let me know please.

Hello!

Question: What kind of paper (?) do you put with the plastic in the oven?

Nice stuff!!!

Can you tell us something about that table? What kind of plastic did you use, what technique/machine, temperature…?

Thanks!

Hola. Buen trabajo!

Gracias!

@andyn !

Thanks for your reply.

Just to be clear:

– PET is not a type of PE – Got it!

– Is it safe to say that when Dave talks about PE as a preferred recycling type, he refers to HDPE (#2) and LDPE (#4)?
– PE has not a type number (#X)?

Thanks again.

Gracias!
