Proposed next steps… Having no machines for the moment. 😅 hard for me to share my pp’s machines experience…

But people with more practical background could advice use on extrusion or compression, and mold and all the others staff.

For a serial prod what’s about defining quty (if mold has to be optimized for instance) :
I will say
O2, H2O, 2*H2, CH4 and C2H8… Will cover the beginning of chemistry,:
18 H
3 C
3 O
Too complicated for me. Let’s copy. What was the quty for snatoms?

I am not sure to saw the double liaison problematic on santons ??

👍
Videos saw… Not bad.
What will be the next step?

I’ve tried the mechanism with some 5mm magnetic beads in sealed used pill tablets and it works perfectly 🙂”
Could we have some pictures?

My children’s have some toys having the same system, magnets inside and sticking hardly together …

Great project
What is grade 7 😀 how old are the pupils.

The aim here is the fabrication itself? and what do you do after the machine are ready? I mean as courses… How is stick whit the official education Programm of Canada.

My opinion is that it could be also a post in idea section.
One of the PP objectif is to be déveloped, know and used…. What is better than education and school to have a great and deep impact. I remember the Dave video in a museum or exposition where they have made a manual shredder and an injection machine.

Thanks one more time, I wait the pictures with impatience…

Hi
@jegor-m
Just a question… Who is who on the picture? Are you on it.
Who else than the team we saw on the different Dave’s videos…

Welcome
Have a seat and take time to see all the videos… Interessant posts on the forum. And let your imagination go over the limits.

Nope… But I work actually with silicon mold and I wait one to do marbles 16 mm diameter. Could be a nice H atom.
😀

Yes
😁
PP to create PP molecule
How precious could it be!

‘flexibility’ not necessary… We could imagine double beam like on the picture i posted.
Have fun

Purpose for education… My favorite subject.
Lot of things possible.

Could it be possible for you to define more precisely the needs for a classic kit:
How many different size of atoms
And associated colors
Beams difference

Let stay by precious plastic and imagine kit for the different type of plastic

For instance Polypropylen

Hi
-toys for children
-toys for adults (for epicurean brain: I mean chess or strategic games 😆)
-materials for education (alphabet, numbers…)

It is what I try and post on the share creation section with the thin tools and actual capacity I have…
Have good day

Hi and thanks for all the questions.

silicon mold, PP, temperature at thermostat 5,5 😀 approx. 165/170° for 1/2 hour… But I did it 2 times…

Bubble problems at the first try.
What we see on those pictures are not the bubbles problem… When I put in place the button back in the mold (seeing that there were bubbles) for the second ‘cooking’… They were not anymore align with the original holes 😅 and in 1/2 hour the second time was sufficient to remove the first little bubble but not this big empty place see detail hereunder… 😶 (if you mean the little black things… It is because my oven was dirty 😲)

Others production will follow in other post
