To build one prototype or “flowepot” i have used 100 of bottle caps ( HD-PE material). When i heated it for 20-30 minutes for temperature 200-220 degree Celzius, size reduction was enormous.

I am not really confident about using this stuff as a cup. More likely i would like to use them as regural flower pots for. 🙂 🙂

@davehakkens according to your experiences with the parameters of the shredder do you consider engine 3kW and out-put 200 RPM as a big number, thank you for the answer.

Hello guys
I have problem with dimensions of this files.

For example when i tried to measure width of first file above ->3mm 1x 01.04.13 bottom1.dxf the dimension was totally big -> 33 inch / 838 mm.

Can anyone help meto fix it please? Thanks a lot for understanding.

Paráda. Shredder mám v pláne navrhnut v mojej bakalárke. Je úžasné že si zostrojil tieto stroje a tá spolupráca s curaprox je geniálna. To je sen proste. Možem na teba získať kontakt prosím ?

Hi, here is Martin from Slovakia. I would like to appreciate posts from @saminstmartin. Yes i agree that we should focus on object which is very usefull, and we as humans use it very often. Also it should be something easy to create. Idea of creating benchs is awesome. Also im interensted in making flowerpot. Is is also very easy to make. Guys do you have any other ideas ?

@xxxolivierxxx i have one question on you . When you were working according Daves drawings was there totally everything to build shredder machine ? Im really sorry for so expensive parts. Its even bigger motivation for me to built Daves machines. Can i get contact on you ?
