@toochi84 Thanks for your input!
Actually we are not selling them, unless someone asks us for one of them. We only wanted to show an alternative to the compulsive buying of this item.
But I do agree with you, there are other ways to do this faster for mass production, being a compression mould our favourite option.

@thiagofrota55 Hey!
Hard to say, we used a sheet of plastic of 30x30x1.5 cm aprox. where we got 8 bases for the salt shakers.

@geoeraala, empezamos con un molde de madera, luego de yeso y en vista que ninguno cumple con las mejores condiciones para fabricación en serie, estamos por intentar concreto. Síguenos en FB que pronto pondremos los resultados de esta experimentación!

@mattia-io The wooden part is made out of two wooden pices, one for the base, one for each slot. Follow us on FB, we are doing a DIY video of this one pretty soon!

Hello! I’m as well extremely interested in this opportunity. I am a graphic and industrial designer focused on sustainability and eco-design living in Quito, Ecuador. I have experience with plastic, wood and glass recycling, as well as product design and manufacture. I have my own little shop were I produce and sell objects that satisfy a number of necessities, mainly from an sustainable point of view and no harm done to the environment. I have built my own precious plastic machines and currently I am working on improving them from a local context to help others recycle, clean and care for the space we live in.

I look forward to hear back from you.
