  • btmetz – I like those photos – and I think using spring steel is a great idea for the rest of the world. Dont have a laser cutter, just a torch and a drill press?  Even auto/truck axels are decent, because they have splined ends. Splined ends could be mated to pulleys, or at least ground down to a specific profile, using the splines as a guide.…[Read more]
