can you share what VFD specification you use?
i have build bigger shredder version myself, and using 3HP 3 phase. minus the overload sensor.

on shredder’s bill of material its called L angle profile. maybe you can check on local metal shop
@rizla and dont forget, the cooling rate will be very fast for thin wall. melted plastic might turn solid.
on picture is my first attempt, the plan is vase with 2,5mm wall. result varying thickness from 2,5-5mm, the thin wall mold might deform due to heat+pressure.
you might want to use thick mold and put extra heater around it.
*my mold capacity is around 75gr HDPE.

Anyone can help with injection machine wiring? When i put 2 PID circuit, the temperature going up more than i set. The heater seems to always on even the relay light is off
@yugo no problem, and you are welcome to come play to my place anytime.
i think injection machine is good way to start, u can build the mould with different method too.

@rom-gefen for now, we only manage to provide parts for Indonesia area. i hope you find laser cutted part near your location.
after shredded into flakes, plastic then enter extrution machine become string form, then u can chop it into small pellets
@ifti77pak hi Ali, i dont know if shipping from Indonesia to Pakistan would be best alternative. I look for shipping cost around 240EUR?

layout shredder 13 unit this the layout plan for our project in Indonesia. distance between parts is 10mm maybe to avoid bending from heat generated.
as for tolerance, smaller is better. but you might want to consider hexa hole dimension in knifes and knife spacer to adjust with your hexagonal bar you got.

Hi Azis, on shredder machine will be depend on what output flake size you want. with 5mm hole mesh i say roughly around 10kg/hour on PP. without mesh = bigger capacity.

we working on Precious Plastic shredder V2.0. 6,5 and 3mm plate. and also when we use laser cut in indonesia, we can easily monitor the production. while minimize shipping cost & delivery cost.
the reason why need 13 ppl is this layout attached. it will use almost whole 4×8′ plate.

@wkhs would be nice if you can share more detail on laser cut production from China. 110EUR is very acceptable, though we dont know for sure how much is shipping cost for 13kg pack.
