Craig,

where would the terminals be located? Each sidewall?

Interesting idea, have you created one before?

Thanks,
Tim

No problem, i can make that change easily.

Is the 1mm rad critical?

The current rad is based on the tooling i use to create to mold.

I am curious how this will be used to create a battery.

Thanks,
Tim

Hi Nicolas,

I have added you on instagram, I should use it more but i do not. I have joined the community discord as well.

Its sounds like you have a good thing going.

I am looking to create my own version of some of these machines, i believe i can get the cost down, and be a good local supplier for Canadians looking to venture into the industry.

If you are in need of help with any of your projects let me know. I have a cnc router which cuts most plastics beauifully, HDPE like butter.  As well as a cnc C02 laser i use to cut acrylic, ABS, woods and some other substrates.

Look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,
Tim

Hi Craig,

I will whip up a drawing and mold details. Perhaps others can chime in once posted and we can dial in the design.

Curious what sort of voltage these cells will produce?

Thanks
Tim

Hello Everyone,

I am new to the forum. My names Tim, i am a fabricator and a solidworks designer. I am located in kitchener waterloo area, and kingston area. I travel between locations frequently.

I own a custom fabrication shop, I am looking to build a shredder within the next few weeks, as well as designing a machine to clean plastics, either before or after the shredding process.

If i can help anyone out, give me a shout.
I can create .dxf/.dwg cutfiles, design parts, and even produce parts. We have a laser and CNC router.

Thanks,
Tim
